In my case Item Number: 270694548899. Because of This eBay deal, I am loosing 90USD Because i trusted eBay buyer Protection. But it is unrecoverable.
Any of buyer buying an item is not to re-ship or repair. But if any items comes on damage Buyer will be only a loose. Buyer Protection Does not cover your Re-shipping cost or Repair cost.
